"BAGGING A BIKE IN ONE OF WALKER'S 7PM RIDES IS LIKE GETTING A TABLE AT CHILTERN FIREHOUSE"

So when did an exercise class become more exclusive than the front row in Paris? Harriet Walker on the newest fitness phenomenon. The two dozen Spanish exchange kids standing outside Psycle in central London are oddly oblivious to the stream of incredibly good-looking, swishy-haired and Spandexed women stepping through its doors. "THE MESSAGE THAT MADE ME CRY MID-PSYCLE"

On Monday I had a session at Canary Wharf with Natalie: a long-legged, blonde, gazelle type with some serious energy.

BRIGHT BUDGE-PROOF LINER  - For our recent party ride to celebrate the launch of the Canary Wharf studio I wanted my eye makeup to be super bright and vibrant to match my electric blue slashed leggings, I opted for the YSL waterproof liner and did dots beneath my eyes and they didn't run at all!
